Our streamlined admission and enrollment process is simple.
1. Review Admission Requirements
Before you begin your application, please ensure you meet all admission requirements for the degree program.
2. Complete online application and submit application fee

3. Submit official transcripts
Request all transcripts be sent directly to UT Arlington from all colleges or universities attended. Save time by requesting transcripts be sent electronically.

4. Take the Graduate Record Exam (GRE)
Submit scores to the University of Texas Arlington using our school code, 6013. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are required of all graduate students and should be submitted prior to beginning the program. Students may enroll without GRE scores, but the GRE scores must be submitted before students can enroll in their third course.

Information for Permanent Residents and International Applicants
At this time, the program is only open to United States Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card), and individuals who hold an H1-B Visa and are teaching for a school district in Texas. All applicants must be classified as Texas Residents for tuition purposes. In addition, the following materials must be submitted:
- Lawful Permanent Residents: Submit a copy of your Resident Alien Card (green card).
- International Applicants (H1-B Status): Submit proof of current visa status.
The TOEFL or IELTS is required if an applicant's native language is not English or if the applicant does not hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution.
Applicants may submit original attested documents or bring original documents to our office for photocopying and verification.
